Tomorrow 12/11: SSBCI Notice of Intent Due

Tomorrow, December 11, 2021, is the final day to submit the Notice of Intent. Signing the NOI is a requirement for Tribes looking to apply to the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Program. Signing the NOI does not obligate participation, but it will ensure that Tribes have access to the application and that their amount of allocated funds is not reallocated to participants.

ATNI-EDC has hosted informational sessions on the program for those interested in learning more about SSBCI. The recordings from these webinars and other resources can be accessed by clicking here.

Other important dates from Treasury regarding SSBCI:

December 11, 2021 – Applications for SSBCI capital programs from states, territories, Washington, DC, and Tribal governments must be initiated (application materials)
February 11, 2022 – Applications for SSBCI capital programs from states, territories, Washington, DC, and Tribal governments must be completed (application materials)
