SSBCI: Q&A Happening Tomorrow!

We are hosting an information and Q&A session on Wednesday, August 4 at 1:00 pmRegister HERE!

Info and Q&A Session: This session is designed to answer questions around the SSBCI program and introduce the regional effort to effectively deploy these resources.  Pilar Thomas of Quarles & Brady has been closely following the SSBCI opportunity and will join us for this call.

What is SSBCI? The State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) provides states, territories, Washington, D.C., and Tribal governments (Eligible Jurisdictions) funding for 1) small business financing programs and 2) technical assistance to small businesses applying for SSBCI and other government programs.

Notice of Intent: The deadline for Tribes to submit a Notice-of-Intent (NOI) to participate in the State Small Business Credit Initiative is AUGUST 16, 2021. Completing an NOI does not obligate a Tribe to then submit the full application due in December, however a completed NOI is required to participate in the SSBCI.

Regional Effort: We are forming a working group to create a regional effort that will leverage the financial service and technical assistance expertise in Indian Country. Join us tomorrow to learn more about it.
